On time, a big job took about 2.5 weeks, he lets you know about all steps and keeps you informed before doing it. Very honest by giving you the right information. And the price for such a contractor with lots of equipments is more than reasonable, in average 3-4 peoples were working daily in my back yard. Mr. Nader is very knowledgeable and treats his employees with respect.

Nader gave me all the information I needed to make a decision on rebuilding a retaining wall, a driveway drain and repaving my unistone driveway . Reliable company. They always answer the phone and always show up when they say they will. Tore up my old driveway on the side of the house (because of drainage problems) and had one done in front of the house. All was very well executed and it looks terrific. We've had a lot of compliments from our neighbours. Would do business with them again.

Whether you need a new asphalt driveway, masonry work, unistone, landscaping...look no further than Pavcan Construction. Last summer we needed to redo our driveway as well as our retaining walls and part of our entrance and we are so pleased with the work done by Nader and his team. They are professional, reliable, courteous, extremely respectful of your property and limiting any damage during a project, and last but not least, they (the team) think outside the box to come up with viable solutions to any problem that might arise during the project. We had a walkway and patio built by Pavcan last week. This is the second project we had done by Nader and his great team. Between Nader’s engineering and Project Management skills and his team’s know-how on the filed, the project turned out to be a success. On his good advice, we had a well dugged under the patio (pave uni) and excellent drainage setup. The finished looked is also perfect. Everything was done in a week and well coordinated between the two teams in charge (Excavation+Installers)

Initially nice work was done, but a couple of years later when some repairs needed to be done on limestone stairs, it took forever and many many calls to get them to come. Now again repairs are required and I received the initial reply asking about the project, but once I told them, nothing. no replies to my emails, I have sent several emails, my cell number, photos of the problem and the address, how can you say you have no record????
